IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: In light of the Coronavirus latest Government advice released today regarding event gatherings and over 70’s isolation our Easter event on Sunday 5th April is now CANCELLED.
This is not something we take lightly and it’s heartbreaking for us to have to cancel after many months of work having gone into this event, our 10,000 flyers had already stared going door to door, hundreds of posters and printed materials are now worthless. Our event would have raised much needed funds for St Barnabas hospice and we’re sad to not fulfil that on this occasion.
However the health of our visitors, stall holders and our volunteers has to come first. We know a proportion of our St Barnabas group volunteers, stall holders & visitors are in the over 70 bracket and it wouldn’t be fair to put them in a busy environment for this event.
We will be back at Worthing Charmandean for Christmas (depending on the status of the virus by then) on Sunday 6th December, once again in aid of St Barnabas. We’ll also be sharing our Creatives Directory over the next few days online, so you can still find out about and shop from independent makers from your home.
So very sorry once again but we hope you all stay safe and well.
