As you are all aware the past 18 months have been uncertain to say the least, especially for those in the events industry. We’ve missed you all lots but have enjoyed keeping in touch via our online fairs and social media. A big thank you for all your support and new followers over the past year!
With the rest of 2021 still being uncertain we’ve decided to take things slow and return with one in person fair only this year – Worthing Charmandean on Sunday 5th December. We chose this as it is a large venue to allow for plenty of spacing and it’s also our fair in aid of St Barnabas House who we are keen to support in their time of need. We can’t wait to see lots of your faces again!
We’ll also be returning with two online fairs this Autumn and Christmas as well, details below. And our creatives directory will be expanding more than ever before.
We hope you’ll continue to join us in this new and ever changing chapter of our fairy tale.
APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED.
We’re pleased to announce we will be returning with our first in person event since 2019 on Sunday 5th December 2021 at Worthing Charmandean. This fair is held in aid of St Barnabas House and we’re so pleased to be able to continue our fundraising efforts for them.
This venue is a large venue with plenty of spacing and high ceilings to allow for lots of air flow. We’ll be monitoring the crowd levels and the layout will be more spaced out than previous years. There is also a cafe/bar, plus special guests including Sussex Ghostbusters.
Please note that stall capacity at this event will be reduced this year and therefore pitches are more limited that ever before.
APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED. Thank you for ALL your applications!

Last year was our first year in 8 years that we didn’t hold any in person events. Although this was a very sad decision the safety of our stall holders and visitors has to be a priority and with a proportion of these and our helpers falling into the vulnerable category we feel we couldn’t hold the fairs without them. Additionally with local sponsors not in a position to support us during this time and us not being able to have face painting, singers and many of our magical extras we decided not to hold any markets.
However, we didn’t let that stop us – we held 8 online fairs with thousands of visitors at each, had 10,000 Christmas brochures delivered and shared online and expanded our online Creatives Directory to bigger than ever before. We appreciate your support more than ever. See some throwback photos from 2019 on the left.
