Launched in 2014 our online directory features a host of talented makers including many of our regulars and a selection of carefully chosen makers from across the UK. The directory is a great page to bookmark and to go to for unique and independently made gifts, cards or lovely things to cheer yourself up.
Our directory has recently undergone an update and an upgrade which we are very excited to start sharing. Applications are now open, for a short time only, closing on the 23rd April. Please see full details and benefits of being a member and the application via this link: https://www.thefairytalefair.co.uk/apply-to-be-part-of-our-creatives-directory
Members of our directory also benefit from being able to apply for our online markets through the year as well.
If you have any questions after reading the application please email us on email@example.com.
Please note that categories in our directory and fair are limited and curated so we are very sorry we cannot accept everyone.
Due to the popularity of our previous online fairs during 2020 and Spring this year, we’re pleased to announce we are back this May with our Summer online fair.
For the first time this event will be hosted on the new online event platform Tresstle which we are very excited to be partnering with them for! The cost to take part will be £11.50*.
Join us online for special offers, new & exclusive products from our talented local makers & designers. Plus there will be special guests, music and more.
Applications for this event are now open (exclusive to members of our Creatives Directory). If you would like to find out more please email us with your brand name, shop link to firstname.lastname@example.org.
* Pedddle premium members will benefit from a members discount on Tresstle making it £6.50 to take part.
Last year was our first year in 8 years that we didn’t hold any in person events. Although this was a very sad decision the safety of our stall holders and visitors has to be a priority and with a proportion of these and our helpers falling into the vulnerable category we feel we couldn’t hold the fairs without them. Additionally with local sponsors not in a position to support us during this time and us not being able to have face painting, singers and many of our magical extras we decided not to hold any markets.
However, we didn’t let that stop us – we held 8 online fairs with thousands of visitors at each, had 10,000 Christmas brochures delivered and shared online and expanded our online Creatives Directory to bigger than ever before. We return with our online fairs for the first half of 2021 and then possibly in person for Christmas 2021. We appreciate your support more than ever. See some throwback photos from 2019 on the left.
