Today we’re pleased to welcome Christine for the first time, find out more about her brand CEE/MAE Jewellery and also meet her in person at our So This is Christmas Fair Worthing Charmandean on Sunday 7th December.
Please introduce yourself and your brand….
Hi! I’m Christine, the maker behind CEE/MAE Jewellery. I handmake minimal, timeless pieces for women who lead busy lives and want jewellery that’s easy to wear every day. Think classic, feminine, and made to last so you can get on with owning your day without overthinking what to put on.

How would you describe your style and your creations?
I’d say my style is simple, classic, and feminine. They are the kind of pieces that go with absolutely everything. I love making jewellery that looks good whether you’re running errands, heading to work, or out for dinner. Effortless is the goal!
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Honestly? It’s when someone messages me saying, “I haven’t taken these off since I got them!” That makes my whole week. I love that something I’ve made with my hands becomes part of someone’s everyday life.

What can we expect to find on your stall at So This is Christmas on Sunday 7th December at Worthing Charmandean? And are you looking forward to taking part?
Oh, I can’t wait! I’ll be bringing lots of my everyday classics, our small hoops, dainty studs, and simple chains that make perfect gifts (or little treats for yourself, no judgment!). You’ll also spot my Christmas collection ‘Merry & Minimal’, all about easy, stylish gifting in that signature CEE/MAE neutral style. And yes, I’m 100% that person who’ll have a coffee in one hand while chatting jewellery in the other.

Do you have a best seller?
Yes, my Mini Flat Hoops are always a hit. They’re lightweight, minimal, and go with everything. They’ve become a bit of a “one pair does it all” piece for a lot of my customers!

Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
Definitely. I’m really focused on growing CEE/MAE and building a brand that people know and trust for quality, timeless jewellery. I’d also love to see my pieces stocked in a few lovely independent local shops. The kind of places where people appreciate handmade, thoughtful design. There’s something really special about being part of a local community in that way.
Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?
“Less decisions, more you.”
It’s really about the woman who does it all, juggling work, family, and a million priorities. I want my jewellery to be one less thing she has to think about. Pieces she can throw on without hesitation, knowing they’ll always look good and feel like her.

Describe your Christmas in 3 words…
Cosy. Connected. Joyful.
