Hello I’m Charlotte from Charlotte’s Sussex Pickles & Preserves, I make jams, pickles and chutneys. I stick to traditional recipes and my labelling is traditional too. I love from the moment I make up a batch of jam or chutney to setting up my stall putting out samplers for the customers to try and their feedback, I do get told the jams remind them of their Grandma’s!!
Along with large and small jars on the the we also have hessian bags which have space for either two small jars or two large jars, for sale, ideal Christmas presents. I would like to be able to do a few more fairs, especially ones like this that support a great charity and maybe a couple of farmers markets in the future.
