Tell us a bit about you and what you do/ make….
I’m 19 years old and have been running a small online cake and confectionery business for a few years. I specialize in creative and quirky cupcakes and have recently expanded into making chocolates which is what I will be selling at the fair.
How would you describe your style?
Pretty and rustic, handmade and gift wrapped chocolates. Perfect as gifts or as an indulgent treat for yourself
How long have you been making your chocolates?
I have been practicing making chocolates for the past 6 months.
Do you have a best seller? If so what is it?
My best seller is definitely my dark chocolate and raspberry cups. Dark, indulgent and moreish. A favourite for the adult pallet.
What do you enjoy most about your craft?
It’s edible! They make lovely little pick me ups if you are in need of a sweet treat.
Do you take part in other craft events (fairs, open houses, markets etc…)?
I have taken part in a couple of fairs and market stalls selling my chocolates and cakes but Fairy Tale Fair will be my first proper fair which I am very excited about.
What are your plans/ ambitions for the future? Or have you already achieved them?
I am looking to open up my own small confectionery shop, specializing in cute, edible, vintage styled treats.
