We’re so excited to be returning to Brighton Open Market as part of Brighton Fringe Festival this Saturday 12th May. It’s going to be a fun filled day and heres an outline of what to expect when…
The fair is open 10am – 5pm and entry is free. The market is also undercover so there is no need to worry about the weather come rain or shine!
Almost 50 talented makers and designers join us and their stalls fill the centre of the market all day. Be sure to have a good look round at all of them and support our makers where you can.
Princesses Belle and Rapunzel (of A Star Parties) can be found walking about the market from 11am – 12.30pm. Bring the family along to meet them and get a photo too!
Towards the centre of the market (outside the Foodshed unit) we’ll have a grassed performance area.
At 12 – 12.15pm there will be a short princess sing-a-long here with Belle and Rapunzel.
At 12.30 – 1pm singer Charlotte Howard will perform for us.
At 1.30 – 2pm Cinderella visits and sings for us too!
At 2 – 2.30pm Rose Lancaster sings some vintage tunes for us, she’ll also return from 3.30 – 4pm so you’ve two chances to catch her.
Just opposite the grassed performance area there will be face painting by Tick Boom Face Painting. She will be with us all day.
In between performances music will be playing and there will be some hoops provide for kids to have a dance.
Don’t forget to stop by all the markets permanent shops and cafes as well to explore all they have to offer.
The Gnarly Trunk will also be unveiling their fairy house at our fair! Find them at the Ditchling Road entrance of the market.
We look forward to welcoming you this Saturday! Read full details and view map for the event here.
