Please introduce yourself and your brand….
Hi! I’m Ayanna, self-taught mixed media resin artist on a mission to bring the joy of colour to all! Based in sunny Brighton, I love creating colourful, contemporary artwork, homewares & accessories to energise and elevate your space.
Although I have always been creative and absolutely in love with colour, my ‘creative journey’ really started at the end of 2020. I bought my daughter a resin craft kit for Christmas and just fell in love with this magical medium.
How would you describe your style and your creations?
I design and create a range of products drawing inspiration from interesting textures, shapes and of course, colour! My work is also inspired by my medical practice and my head is always full of ideas of new creations to try. I would describe my artistic style as joy inducing with a touch of the whimsical!
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Creating colourful pieces of functional art creates such joy for me, and even more so when I receive feedback from customers about my work. I am an Aesthetic Doctor and GP by trade and so being immersed in colour & expressing my creativity is a welcomed therapeutic outlet for me.
What can we expect to find on your stall at So This is Christmas on Sunday 4th December at Worthing Charmandean? And are you looking forward to taking part?
The range of accessories and homewares coming to the fair have been designed with Christmas in mind so expect lots of colour & sparkle! You’ll find an array of handpoured resin trinkets including bookmarks, keyrings and jewellery dishes, perfect for Christmas gifting and stocking fillers. There will also be some fabulous festive decor with statement handcrafted tinsel & pompom wreaths and colourful tree decorations to curate your most stylish & stand out festive interior!
This is my first Fairytale Fair – I’m very excited as there is always great feedback about these events. I am really looking forward to meeting the talented crafters and artists at this event and enjoying the day with everyone who attends. It’s also wonderful to be a part of fundraising for the amazing St Barnabas House Hospice.

These perfectly formed pieces are exclusive original designs by Prescription Resin, hand cast using the highest quality epoxy resin in our Brighton studio making these little pieces of art truly unique. Our magnet sets make for quirky, unique gifts or a fun, colourful treat for your kitchen fridge!
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
I plan to attend more craft fairs throughout 2023. It’s great to chat with customers face to face in a fun atmosphere with other creatives.
