Today we welcome Bear Clause Designs. They first joined us last month at our Worthing Easter fair and we look forward to welcoming them and their abstract designs back at our Brighton Fringe Fair on Saturday May 20th.
Please introduce yourself and your brand….
Hi, I’m Andy Walker at Bear Clause Designs. I create original, contemporary artwork ranging from landscapes to abstracts as well as applying my designs to various homewares, accessories and gifts.
How would you describe your style and your creations?
All my artworks and every design I make consist entirely of triangles, drawn by hand, whether many thousands in a landscape, or fewer in some designs, each and every one bursting with colour.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love playing with colour and exploring the infinite possibilities of using triangles to discover fun effects for art pieces and new ways to express graphic designs.
What can we expect to find on your stall at The Fairy Tale Fair Brighton Fringe Special on Saturday 20th May? And are you looking forward to taking part?
A riot of colourful designs on a wide range of exciting gifts, including cushions, scarves, stationery, and mugs as well a selection of my latest prints, landscapes and abstracts, and art cards. This will be my first time at Open Market with The Fairy Tale Fair and I am very excited to be part of this Brighton Fringe event!
Do you have a best seller?
The cushions and scarves have proved to be very popular, as well as my latest two landscape prints.
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
I only started Bear Clause Designs a few months ago, but interest and support has been so exciting I am developing new products all time as well as finding time to make many more artworks. Furthermore, I am now accepting commissions for bespoke designs and even portraits.
