Today we meet the cute and colourful Jelly Roos, who is another Fairy Tale Fair newbie we look forward to welcoming…
“I enjoy Taking the time to create something beautiful and individual for someone special…”– Natasha.
Tell us a bit about you and what you do/ make….
I have always enjoyed being creative, and studied an art foundation 14 yrs ago which really enabled me to look at art differently. But it’s since having my children that I have combined my artistic side with more useful designs. I started out making gifts and everyday items for my children and friends and am starting to develop this into a business creating gifts and keepsakes that can be used, loved and produce a smile. I make various items, some of my favorites being my Book Bugs and keep calm bags. Some like my blankets are commissioned but as I visit more fairs I’m creating a small stock of unique and useful items like Poop bugs and seasonal wears.
How would you describe your style?
Cute and colourful
How long have you been making your craft items?
I have been creating in one way or another all my life but started designing and making Jelly Roos items about a year ago.
Do you have a best seller? If so what is it?
My blankets have been popular and my keep calm shopper bags.
What do you enjoy most about your craft?
Taking the time to create something beautiful and individual for someone special.
Do you take part in other craft events (fairs, open houses, markets etc…)?
I have just started taking part in events but look forward to doing more.
What items and Mother’s day/ Easter gifts will you be selling at The Fairy Tale Fair?
I’m planning a unique range of mothers day Book Bugs, keep calm bags, some cute easter fabric baskets/bags and some specially designed mobiles all perfect gifts for those special people.
What are your plans/ ambitions for the future? Or have you already achieved them?
I would love to be selling Jelly Roos items globally.
