How would you describe your style and your creations?
Funky and quircky prints, care for the colour and detail. Everything that we make is soft, our toys are soft and our clothes are made in very soft organic cotton. We are from the 80’s and our creations have a lot of influences from the 80’s and 90’s. Music, films, Tv series, artists…If you are from this time…you will know that we talking about.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Lots of things!!! Create a new collection is exciting, make prints, patterns… Create a new toy is amazing too, because we are building a new soft and kind creature, like a little son. But…we love make photoshootings because a shooting with kids is very funny and creative, and you never know what it will happen. It could be a terrible thing, but not for us, we love the NON FILTER in kids.
What can we expect to find on your stall at The Fairy Tale Fair Brighton this November? And are you looking forward to taking part?
Really nice, colourful and soft things!!! And two big smiles!! We will prepare a nice stall with our soft toys. The guitars in their diferent sizes: rattles, medium and big guitars; our lovely UFO, a hairy creature from far away… and new things that will be surprise!! You also can find our “You got it dude!” clothes collection. Backpacks, sweaters our T-shirts made in organic cotton GOTS certified with chips, pizza, milkshakes or swimmers colourful prints.
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
Absolutly!!! We will present our next winter a/w 16 clothes collection, expand our market overseas, increase our online sales and expand The Lazy Jellyfish team and products.
Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?
There are four words that are present in all of our creations: love, friends, enjoy and rock & roll. That words describe perfectly the soul of The Lazy Jellyfish, present in all of our products and our customers. We think that with these four things in your life, you can be happy, and we try to bring the kids elements to enjoy the life with their friends and family with love while rock & roll sounds.
