Tell us a bit about you and what you do/ make….
At TheBigForest we design and make woolfelt character artist bears and animals, home, mens’ and womens’ accessories, personalised childrens’ name door hangers, story cushions, greetings cards and lots of other goods to delight and inspire our customers.
How would you describe your style?
I’m wearing a really loud check suit and a bowler hat. Thisis accessorised with a bow tie yellow socks and correspondent shoes. Is that what you mean?
How long have you been making your craft items?
After I completed my training in Textiles I didn’t really want to do fashion and spent time experimenting before I gradually developed TheBigForest. It started off as a hobby around two years ago but I was getting so much positive feedback and interest that it became a full fledged international multi million global bear business around six months ago!
Do you have a best seller? If so what is it?
Our character artist bear and brooches are always best sellers
What do you enjoy most about your craft?
I enjoy every part of the process, designing, making and selling
Do you take part in other craft events (fairs, open houses, markets etc…)?
We sell at events in London and throughout the south east. We will be taking part in more fairs and events in 2014
What products/ items will you be selling at The Fairy Tale Fair?
Felt brooches, small animals, bears, bags and lots more!
What are your plans/ ambitions for the future? Or have you already achieved them?

We love making custom items especially bears that suit someones character and our custom kids name door hangers!
