Say Hello to… Two Faced Twins

craftNo commentsNovember 20, 2019FTFadmin

We welcome Two Faced Twins to the blog today for the first time who join us on Sunday 1st December at Worthing Charmandean. Find out more ahead of the day…

Please introduce yourself and your brand….

We are Two Faced Twins, identical twin artists and designers from Worthing. Working together, we create striking, edgy artwork and homeware for contemporary homes.

We have a very unique way of working together. As a skilled artist, Stella creates the initial illustrations, and once finished, hands them over to me. I then take over as lead designer, working on them digitally, manipulating them and adding colour.

As twins, we would be unable to work without the other. Stella has never been able to work with colour, and seeing as I can’t draw to save my life, our opposing artistic skills mean we fit together like a jigsaw. The perfect team.

How would you describe your style and your creations?

With our pop art-esque vibe, having a Two Faced Twins piece of artwork instantly makes your home look funky and seriously cool. Both our artwork and homeware is bold, brightly coloured, quirky and unique. We like to make our art striking, so that it’s the first thing that catches your eye when walking into a room.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

One of the best parts about running our business is that we get to work together. Yes, it causes arguments, resentment, frustration, anger, but amongst all of those, we have a lot of fun together. We are both doing what we love most – drawing and colouring! Seeing our artwork and homeware come to life as a finished product is amazing. It is so satisfying and exciting to see how much people enjoy what we do!

What can we expect to find on your stall at So This is Christmas Worthing on Sunday 1st December? And are you looking forward to taking part?

Our stall will be brimming with new and exciting contemporary artwork. There will also be an impressive array of TFT homeware, which includes coasters, large glass chopping boards, placemats, clocks and cards. Everything is brightly coloured and stylish to electrify your home. It will be a great place to purchase unique Christmas gifts for your loved ones from a start-up business that is growing rapidly.

Do you have a best seller?

Stanley the Stag is our most popular piece! He is a limited edition and sometimes, we hand embellish him with gloss and diamond dust to make him sparkle even more!

Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?

Our vision is to become an internationally well-known art and homeware brand for contemporary homes and spaces. Eventually, diversify into clothing and stationary ranges, as well as continuing to provide large artworks for contemporary spaces.

Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?

One day, the people who never believed in you will tell everyone how they met you.

Describe your Christmas in 3 words…

Full, Fat and Fabulous

How can we find out more about you?
