Please introduce yourself and your brand….
Hello! My name is Corinne, I am a Holistic Therapist based in Brighton, and together with my partner Daniel we run our company Corinne Taylor Holistic Therapy. Working as an Aromatherapist for a number of years, along with my love for nature and sustainable living, inspired me to develop my own range of Aromatherapy Products. All of our products are natural, organic, handcrafted and vegan friendly. Our ingredients include therapeutic grade essential oils, cold pressed oils and non-GMO Soy wax, and everything is hand picked for a specific purpose. All products are free from sls, parabens and synthetic fragrance and are never tested on animals.
How would you describe your style and your creations?
I think our style is very rustic, using glass milk bottles and honey jars for Candles and Bath Salts and recycled Kraft Paper boxes, yet still whilst being very sleek, sophisticated and high end. As our products are all made with natural ingredients including botanicals and herbs, adding to the rustic and earthy look whilst also making them completely unisex. Our creations are well known for their unique essential oil blends, which not only give the products their beautiful aroma, but also have the added benefit of containing therapeutic properties.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I absolutely love the variety as I am doing something different everyday, whether its making candles, experimenting with new products, doing treatments or working on the website or social media. I love using my passion of Aromatherapy in such a creative way and am learning something new every day. I also love being able to work from home with my partner and for us to manage our own time.
What can we expect to find on your stall at The Fairy Tale Fair Brighton on November 13th at Brighton Open Market? And are you looking forward to taking part?
This is our first Fairy Tale Fair and are really looking forward to it! You can expect to see our new Aromatherapy Gift Boxes and new range of Himalayan Salt Scrubs as well as our Soy Candles, Himalayan Bath Salts, Hair & Body care.
Do you have a best seller?
Yes our Calm Himalayan Bath Salts, Organic Soap Samplers and Inner Peace Candle. We also have a ‘Yule Spice‘ Christmas candle, made with Cinnamon, Clove and Sweet Orange essential oils, which is also always extremely popular over the festive period. They will of course be available at the Fairy Tale Fair!
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
I would love to see our products in major department stores around the UK and rest of the world in a few years time! We already have a few stockists so fingers crossed we can continue to grow and reach the bigger stores.
What part of Christmas do you enjoy the most?
Cosy nights in front of our wood burner with a real Christmas tree and a hot chocolate, after a hard day’s work making products in our workshop! We also love selling our products at the various Christmas markets around Brighton, as it really gets you in the Christmas spirit!
