Please introduce yourself and your brand….
My name is Kerrie Joel and my little business is Titchy Witchy
The idea behind my brand is to be different and provide a custom service. Titchy Witchy is for people who want their children to be dress in something different from mainline retail chains.
How would you describe your style and your creations?
My style is very different to most children’s clothing companies as in I like unusual prints and fabrics! I like to think different to be a good thing. I tend to pick fabrics no one else has to stand out from the crowd.
I provide a wide variety of items which can be custom made.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love my work because it gives me the freedom to express and create through clothing. I meet so many different people and there’s no better feeling then seeing your clothing being worn by other children!
What can we expect to find on your stall at The Fairy Tale Fair Christmas Special at Brighton Open Market on Sunday 26th November? And are you looking forward to taking part?
I’m very excited for the open market! It’s my very first Brighton based event which so many people have asked me to do. I’m working hard to provide a rail full of off the peg designs which people can purchase but also my order forms will be present for custom orders.
Do you have a best seller?
Currently my rompers are my best seller in woodland themed fabrics
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
I plan to set up a website in the very near future but my ideal goal would be to have my own shop
Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?
Ooooh tough one! I think I’ve always said if you have a dream live it!
