My name is Adrian and I run all aspects of Seaglass Marvels, with the help and support of my wife.
I only discovered seaglass after moving to worthing 3 years ago. I’m a bit of a magpie by nature, so I started to notice these colourful pieces inbetween the pebbles. As the quantity i found grew, i wondered what i could do with them. I experimented with drilling & designing with silver and ‘Seaglass Marvels’ was born.
How would you describe your style and your creations:
The style is quite contemporary and fresh, and every pendant is unique as no individual piece of glass is the same.
What do you enjoy most about your work:
What started as a pleasure, became a hobby and has now turned into a passion!! This has now taken us further afield as we now take “seaglass hunting” trips, trying out various other coastlines, as we endeavour to seek the more unusual colours. I’m at my happiest when I’m by the sea, walking the beaches, and do so many hours in all weather’s. I take great pleasure in turning something I find into a beautiful wearable treasure.
What can you expect to find on my stall at so this is Christmas in aid of St Barnabas on Sunday 2nd December, and am I looking forward to it?:
On my stall at “So This is Christmas” you will find my full range of sterling silver seaglass pendants, which come with a choice of 3 chain sizes, and come in a presentation gift box. I will also have some of my new range of glass on natural leather. I am thoroughly looking forward to showcasing my work and being surrounded by likeminded crafters in a great fun atmosphere.
Do you have a best seller?
My best sellers are the pieces of glass which are attached to either the sterling silver bee or dragonfly and of course the more uncommon colours.
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
Yes: I would love my business to continue to grow, as I am continuously learning, with the ultimate end goal to make it my full time occupation.
Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?
Believe in yourself and remember any goal is achievable.
