Today we meet Hannah of Sincerely Silvers who joins us for the first time on Sunday November 13th at Brighton Open Market. Find out more about her…
Please introduce yourself and your brand….
I’m Hannah Silvers: creator, designer and maker at Sincerely Silvers
How would you describe your style and your creations?
I create handmade silver jewellery. The pieces I create are simplistic with a unique twist. Each piece has a personal twist, and you can even have your own piece designed and created especially for you.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love how something so small can make someone so happy, and mean so much to them.
What can we expect to find on your stall at The Fairy Tale Fair Brighton on November 13th at Brighton Open Market? And are you looking forward to taking part?
I’m really excited to be part of the Fairy Tale Fair this year as I attended last year and really loved it! It’s great to see so much interest drummed up on social media… local makers’ fairs really deserve to be supported, especially one as successful as this!
This year, you’ll find some wooden christmas tree decorations, personalised tools and handmade silver jewellery: from friendship bracelets, to pendants and earrings.
Do you have a best seller?
The ‘forever connected’ necklace always sells out. The two silver rings are connected and cannot be separated. For many people, this signifies the strength of their relationship with a loved one or a friend.
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
My jewellery brand, sincerely silvers has grown and developed so much over the past few years. I am sure that it will continue to progress. I have been experimenting with wax casting recently… so some interesting pieces could be coming very soon!
Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?
No, not really.. But I do have an ethos, and always act with integrity: I believe things that make people happy shouldn’t carry a heavy price tag. I keep my prices as low as I can, and when working on a personalised piece I will always work to the customer’s budget.
What part of Christmas do you enjoy the most?
I love making things for people! Homemade baileys, mince pies, fudge and of course jewellery and gifts! Plus the abundance of incredibly magical lights and glitter.. what’s there not to like! Wishing you all a very merry Christmas
