A big thanks to over a thousand of you who visited our Worthing Fair at The Charmandean in aid of St Barnabas and all of you who took part of the day too.
Over 70 stall holders filled the venue along with home baked treats, princesses (from Razzle Dazzle Productions), Santa, Ghostbusters (from The Sussex Ghostbusters), a Storm Trooper, face painting and lots more!
We’re pleased to say we, along with the Northbrook Friends of St Barnabas Fundraising Group, raised £3,056 for St Barnabas House which is a fantastic amount so thank you to all of you who contributed – either through taking part, money on the door or on the St Barnabas stalls.
We we’re lucky enough to have Worthing Town Crier and the Deputy Mayor and Mayoress open the fair along with Santa!
The Mayor himself also paid us a visit during the day.
We had some wonderful performances throughout the day too – West Sussex Rock Choir performed for us which was a real treat. Plus we sang along with Johnny Zero through the day and got in the festive mood with Patcham Silver Youth Band in the entrance.
A big thank you to our sponsors Bloor Homes too, without their sponsorship the event would not be possible. Thank you also to Claire Brewer Photography for these photos capturing the day.
We look forward to returning to Worthing in 2017 – keep an eye on our fairs page and social media in January for details of dates and further announcements.
