Hey guys I’m Jodie, owner of Cielo Cakery in Brighton.
At Cielo Cakery we are committed to baking fresh and delicious cupcakes, brownies, blondies, cake jars and celebration cakes to suit your every need. We change up our flavours on a daily basis to keep things exciting and interesting for returning customers. We offer a huge range of vegan, gluten free, vegan gluten free and dairy products to ensure everyone can walk away with a sweet treat to enjoy!
The thing I enjoy most about my work is getting the freedom to experiment with different flavours and products on a daily basis, along with watching people enjoy our creations.
We are extremely excited to be part of the Fairy Tale Christmas fair where we will be bringing to the table lots of Christmas treats; including Rudolph brownies, festive cupcakes, Xmas pudding cookies and brandy fed fruit cakes, with of course gluten free and vegan options available.
Our best seller by far are our cake jars, they are the equivalent of 3 cupcakes in a jar and can literally be eaten with a spoon, if kept in the fridge they last 5-7 days (if you have the willpower!) they are also perfect for cosy winter evenings if you heat them up and tuck in with ice cream/ custard!
My plans for the future are to expand the business to possibly opening a second premises in East Sussex.
