Please introduce yourself and your brand….
I am a one woman, newly set up, arts and crafts business based in Hove (actually!).
It all started off as a hobby but after getting some great feedback from family and friends I thought why not give it a go as a little business!?!? And here we are!
I make framed photo art, framed button art, framed scrabble art, framed handcut papercut art, framed 3d art, life drawings, cards and photos. What are these you ask? Have a look at the pics to get an idea 🙂 I recycle anything I can find! Old books, comics, maps, atlases and music scores to name a few. All of my frames and cards can be made to order, customised or bought as they are.
How would you describe your style and your creations?
Individual, creative and personal. No two items are the same! I’d like to think the pieces I create you wont have seen anywhere else! As any item can be made as a commission or personalised they are also ideal as gifts with that extra little something.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Assembling the final products and seeing them on customer’s walls.
What can we expect to find on your stall at The Fairy Tale Fair Brighton this October? And are you looking forward to taking part?
At this fair there will be lots of lovely made up frames, cards, some life drawing pieces and also a sample scrabble frame. I will be taking orders for Christmas and any other commissions, so if you cant see it and you want it, then just ask!
I cannot wait to take part in the Fairy Tale Fair – I am new to fairs so it is all very exciting for me.
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
I would love to grow my little business but as long as I keep enjoying it and keep making people happy when they receive the items, then that’s good for me!
Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?
Live, Life, Love!
