Join us this Spring in Patcham once again for lots of Easter fun! Our fair is a real community event, we welcome families and all ages to come along and enjoy the crafty creations and treats! The majority of our stall holders are local makers and we hope that you can come along to support and meet them and their wonderful creations. Dated three weeks before Easter it is the perfect opportunity to buy unique gifts and get craft-y this March. Bring the whole family for a wonderful day out. Don’t forget to stop for tea and cake in our tearoom, bring the fairy tales to life with painted faces and much more.

Over 35 craft and vintage stalls selling handmade or hand designed gifts. Jewellery, prints, cards, knitted items, felted items, chocolates, decorations, children’s items, baby clothes, art, vintage accessories… we have it all covered!
You can also take part in a Easter themed workshop and learn something new. We will have workshops suitable for all ages – Full workshop details published in the blog nearer the time! Don’t forget the kids can also bring the fairy tales to life by having their faces painted too!
You’ll probably work up a thirst after all that browsing, shopping and making so be sure to stop of in our wonderful vintage themed tearoom, with an array of cakes, treats, savouries and teas/ coffees.

The venue is located within the heart of Patcham, next to the parade of Ladies Mile shops. The frequent 5 and 5A buses stop a minute around the corner, outside Patcham clock tower, and it is just 15 minutes drive from the town centre. There is free on street parking available and a small car park. The hall is in walking distance of many local communities including Patcham, Hollingbury, Coldean, Withdean, Westedene and the Surrenden Rd/ Varndean areas.
Patcham is located just off of the main A23.
The venue is fully wheelchair and buggy accessible.
