My name is Marilyn Pelling and I make Cloth Dolls,Bears, and other soft toys e.g.
Rabbits, Pigs and Mice.
I have two different styles. Traditional and Modern. I have a range of more traditional
Bears. These are fully jointed so that the heads, arms and legs can move. These are
Made in furs that resemble the antique bears from the past. The more modern soft toys
Are usually non – jointed. I hand paint the faces on the Cloth Dolls. All of which are
Unique.
The thing I most enjoy about my work is being able to transfer from a pattern of my
Own to the fur fabric or cloth to the final finished product.
I don’t really have a best seller as they all seem to sell quite well.
My plans for the future are to continue making the soft toys and to always try and
Create new lines when possible to the highest standard.
My brand is : Traditional, Modern, Loveable.
My favourite Motto is : To strive, To seek , To find and not to yield.
