We’re super excited to welcome back the wonderfully colourful and creative Chelsey of Cotton Candy Caboodle. Meet her in person at our fair at Worthing Charmandean on Sunday 4th December and read on to find out more ahead of the day…
Please introduce yourself and your brand….
I’m Chelsey at Cotton Candy Caboodle and I make fun, colourful, and quirky jewellery, accessories, and gifts!
How would you describe your style and your creations?
I’m all about what some may call “too much” – as if we could ever have too much colour, sparkle, or joy! Watching people’s eyes light up and jaws drop when they see my work makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Every day I step into my rainbow workshop and get to release my inner child – exploring new techniques, trying out new colour combinations, thinking up new product ideas, and getting my hands messy! There’s rarely a dull day at Caboodle HQ.
What can we expect to find on your stall at So This is Christmas on Sunday 4th December at Worthing Charmandean? And are you looking forward to taking part?
Besides my normal array of year-round goodies like aubergine earrings, ice cream necklaces, and hair clips of every colour under the sun, I’ll also have festive-themed jewellery, including rainbow snowflakes, Christmas trees filled with sprinkles, and more! I’ll also have handmade tree decorations of all shapes and colours – and even the option for customisations. And for gifts, I’ll have sparkly keyrings and trinket boxes – perfect stocking stuffers.
I’ve been looking forward to it all year since the last one was so great!
Do you have a best seller?
My hair clips are always a huge hit, especially with my 3 for £10 deal. I always make sure to have a huge variety of colours and shapes so they’re sure to suit anyone’s style.
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?
I’m so passionate about what I do and want to continue to grow, experiment, and learn. I’d love to one day open a shop filled with the work of like-minded quirky makers and room for fun workshops, but it’s still just the spark of an idea.
Do you have a motto or inspirational quote?
Life is too short for boring jewellery!
Describe your Christmas in 3 words…
Sparkly, colourful, joyous.
