At HarveySmithDesigns I make bespoke and personalised 3d box frame pictures, using a variety of different punches, patterned papers and my secret weapon to give them their extra special sparkle Syworski Crystals. I design all the wording on my computer using lovely fonts to fit the theme or style of the picture I am going to make, every thing else is then made by hand to create a beautiful and unique picture.
I have always had an arty background but I set up HarveySmithDesigns about 18 months ago after I got married, I really enjoyed creating butterfly bits and pieces for my wedding day and decided to carry on using it to create fabulous pictures.
I have a few best sellers, one being my friends quotes as they make lovely birthday presents and also a quote that says ‘Just when a mum thinks her work is all done she becomes a nan/gran/grandma’ It is very true and always makes people laugh. My next best sellers are my baby pictures they make wonderful keepsakes for mum and baby and are very different to anything else I have seen out on the market. I love creating one off pieces that are a little different and knowing that no-one else will have that picture.
I would describe Christmas in these 5 words…. Magical…. Happiness….Family…..Giving…..Exciting!
My ambitions for the future is to have a website designed to sell my pictures and to stock my creations in quaint little shops all over Sussex.

My grandson is due in November this year and I would love one of your boxes made up for a present for my daughter and her partner. Can you let me know how much you charge and perhaps forward some examples of baby’s birth boxes if you have any? Many thanks.
