We welcome Lauren’s Art for the first time this Sunday at Brighton Open Market. Find out more…
Hello, I’m Lauren from ‘Lauren’s Art’
How would you describe your style and creations?
I create quirky, light-hearted illustrated cityscapes of Brighton, London and more.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I really enjoy seeing peoples reactions to my designs. It’s rewarding to see people recognise their favourite parts of Brighton.
What can we expect to find on your stall?
I’ll have a great range of Brighton prints at the fair; from full-colour limited edition prints, to locally screen-printed line drawings. There will also be brand new Brighton tea towels, coasters and colourful tote bags.
Are you looking forward to taking part?
Yes, I’m very excited! It’s my first Fairytale Fair and Christmas is always a great time to be part of an art fair.
Do you have a best-seller?
My best selling artwork is probably ‘Brighton By Day’, a full colour limited edition print featuring the whole city, the Mayor of Brighton has one!
What are your plans/ambitions for the future?
With the Brighton collection complete, I can now start on the rest of the world! Paris, Rome, South Africa and Dubai are all on the list. I’m also open to suggestions so do get in touch if you have any requests!
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at the Fairytale Fair and in case you can’t make it, my work can be found on my etsy shop…
