Easter at Worthing in aid of St Barnabas: A Round Up

EventsNo commentsMarch 28, 2018FTFadmin

Thank you to all of you who braved the snow and -2 temperatures to join us on Saturday 17th March for our Easter fair in aid of St Barnabas House. It was certainly the first time our Easter fair has been colder than our Christmas ones!

We are very pleased to announce we, along with the Northbrook Friends of St Barnabas group, raised £2,012 for St Barnabas House!

With thanks to Doug Goodridge Photography for these photos, and you can view the full album of the day on our Facebook page here too.

The day was a packed one with Worthing Town Crier and Worthing Mayor opening the fair for us.

We were also joined by The Sussex Ghostbusters all day and Elsa and Anna from Frozen stopped by too!

There was plenty to keep the kids amused with a free craft table, face painting and the Easter bunny as well.

St Barnabas had their own stalls, raffle and games.

There was also a selection of yummy home baked treats from Bunston Bakes and The Singing Chef!

As it was St Patricks day we celebrated in style with Irish Band Celtic Shore playing in the entrance and Carey School of Irish Dance performing.

Worthing Community Choir also joined us.

And Snow White (of Wish upon a Fairytale) joined us too!

With thanks to our 70 stall holders who took part, St Barnabas friends volunteers, and all you lovely visitors on the day too!

We look forward to returning to Worthing Charmandean on Sunday 2nd December for our Christmas Special, once again in aid of St Barnabas.
