My name is Avril and I am the owner of Flour & Frost which I set up this year. I run a home based bakery in Hove, providing cakes for businesses, events and your special occasions. I am very excited to be a part of the Fairy Tale Fair at the race course, I have run stalls at various events this year and it’s always a lot of fun.
Every cake is hand made and finished by me, delivered within Brighton and Hove to your home/business for free! I want you to have the best so when I make a cake I strive to make it the yummiest you’ve ever tasted, using the best ingredients and natural flavourings.
Baking large amounts for events is undoubtedly hard work but the results and feedback from customers are worth it. I love researching new recipes, testing them out and filling my flat with the smell of cakes baking..
There will definitely be plenty of festive treats on my stall at the race course. I am making a gingerbread house with my two year old next week and if it turns out great I will be making some for the stall too.
I am looking forward to running my stall at as many local events and festivals as possible next year, it will be a busy one, so look out for my banner with the pink logos!
My son turns three soon and now Christmas is “all about the boy”. I cant wait.
