Yes its official, we were lucky enough to be invited to a top 100 Small Business Saturday event in Downing Street by George Osbourne, the chancellor.
We had a fab day, if a little stressful, meeting the other top businesses in the UK, the chancellor, Karren Brady, and many more!
We travelled up with fellow Brighton small business Wigwam Toys, who had a chalet showcasing their shop. We had a few fair stall holders products as part of the display too.
The event was a great experience and we are very proud are little fair has been chosen in the top 100 small businesses in the UK. Afterall there are 5.2 million out there! Big thanks to the Small Business Saturday team for all their support and promotion!
“The first Small Business Saturday last year was an exceptional example of collaboration and co-operation with small businesses teaming up in communities around the UK,” says National Campaign Director Michelle Ovens, explaining that, with 5.2 million small businesses in the UK, the chances are that if you don’t own one, you work for one or know somebody who does.
We hope that 2015 will continue to see bigger and better things for The Fairy Tale Fair!!
