Im Charlotte, I make homemade jams and chutneys.
How would you describe your style and your creations…..
I would say my style is traditional, the lids on the jars are gingham print, red for the jams and blue for the chutneys, the labels are based on a traditional look. The recipes I try to keep traditional too.
What do most enjoy about your work…
The best bit is when I do a fair or farmers market and the customers feedback. Also when I have regular customers coming back for more.
What can we expect to find on your stall at So This is Christmas in aid of St.Barnabas on Sunday 2nd December? And are you looking forward to taking part…..
I love taking part in this fair, this is my third year, its great and for an amazing charity.
You can except to find my usual jams and chutneys in 2 sized jars and also some limited editions!
Do you have a best seller….
Its hard to answer that, I always think I have but then a different venue and that changes!
Do you have any plans or ambitions for the future?…
To do more fairs and markets and maybe to sell through some local farm shops.

Have a go at whatever you want… it might just work.
