Today we meet Natalie of Bargello-a-GoGo who we introduced to you at our online fair last month and we can’t wait to have in person on Sunday 5th December at Worthing Charmandean. Find out more about her and her embroidery products…
Please introduce yourself and your brand….
My name is Natalie and I’m the creator of Bargello-a-GoGo.
How would you describe your style and your products?
I’m hugely inspired by the 1960s/70s and loving wearing clothing and listening to music from those decades. Bargello Embroidery was very popular back in these era’s and has become an almost forgotten craft!
I wanted to revive this craft by creating retro style embroidery patterns and kits and share them with other crafters!
What do you enjoy most about your work?
This is a difficult one as I love every minute that I spend working at Bargello-a-GoGo! However, I do love creating new designs and turning them into kits so that other people can make them too. I also love meeting customers and seeing the amazing projects they’ve created using a Bargello-a-GoGo kit. That is always really exciting for me to see!
Do you have a best seller or favourite to make?
The bag range and Bargello-a-GoGo Coaster Kits have been extremely popular. I also created a Bargello Embroidery Journal where other crafters could create their own Bargello Projects using the note section and graph paper that were specific for Bargello Embroidery and they have been a huge hit too!
What are your plans or ambitions for the future?
My long term plan is for Bargello-a-GoGo to become your one stop shop for all of your Bargello Embroidery supplies, patterns and kits.
Sum up your brand in 3 words…
Retro, fun, colourful.
Do you have a motto or favourite quote for inspiration?
